「Very accommodating」

「When we got there, the first room was terrible, torn seats and there was a strange smell. Also there was an exterminator who was coming out of a room. 「The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached.
