「The room was outdated and not very clean. The place felt run-down and unsanitary. Everything looked old and poorly maintained」

「Love the location…staff was amazing」

「The room was clean and tidy, but there was a smell of stuffiness when I first entered.」

「Very nice day would return」

「Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast」

「nice place 」

「This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and staff was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay!」

Imagine my surprise when the GM refused to switch my stay for the next night. I told him I would have been happy to...

「Odor hotel in disrepair, pull, covered in not Available? Would not stay again」
