「Would definitely stay again」

「房間乾淨，地點離車站很近，櫃檯服務很好，早餐好吃。」

「Absolutely awful. No housekeeping despite our requests during our entire stay. We could not even get a hold of staff as no one was at the reception or restaurant. We had to phone the hotel via the general number online and ask to be put through to the hotel chain. Extremely poor cleanliness, there were stains all over the bedsheets, chairs and a strong odour of urine in the room, carpets and bathroom. Filthy toilet, grubby bedroom and all surfaces were full of stains and spillages. The towels...

「As always the staff are welcoming, friendly, personal and professional. The room was spatious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast : delicious. I’ve now stayed at the Dixie around 14 times!! Highly recommend.」

「What a lovely comfortable stay. Nice beds , pillows and duvet and in a beautiful house. Tea and coffee and a bottle of water on arrival. Could have had breakfast but didn't. There's a pub down the road. Will definitely stay again and go for walks around the area」

「Really nicely refurbished hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, although they sometimes seemed a little inexperienced. Our room was comfortable, but it felt slightly cramped as it was quite full of furniture, which meant there wasn’t much space for our luggage. Overall, I would recommend staying here, but I think the staff’s experience and confidence need a little time to catch up with the high-end image the hotel is aiming to project.」

「Our stay was great. The only disappointment was the shower. It wasn't very powerful and the temperature was unreliable. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was very good so it wasn't necessary to order additional cooked items. 」
