「Air conditioning was subpar felt hot in my room . Let the front desk Clark no the problem. He said he would send a engineer but never came so sad cause I never come back there」

「The place was spectacular.The views were to die for. Had everything we needed. The AC was great, comfortable bed and super clean. Can't wait to return next year.」

「Non parlo la loro lingua e se ne sono approfittati tutti . Dopo che avevo già pagato tutto mi hanno fatto pagare altri 800 dollari quasi e non so quando mi verranno restituiti . Il personale pessimo . Mi hanno anche smarrito 4 indumenti mandati tramite lavanderia già pagata. Avevo pagato l hotel con la colazione inclusa eppure loro se ne sono approfittati e mi hanno fatto pagare sempre la colazione . Che schifo . Mai più」

「Room was great, very clean and plenty of room. Pool was on the roof and a great vibe. Unfortunately, to no fault of the property, all the buildings around it are being built aka under construction but did not keep us awake. Gym is also a huge pro on the 33rd floor 」
