só fiquei chocado em cobrarem até talheres e pratos pra emprestar pro hospede, ja foi pago caro na diária do hotel e cobrar isso é complicado. fora que cobraram o estacionamento tb acho isso um absurdo, proxima vez vou no concorrente.
