Great location and beautiful hotel-my family and I stay here each time we visit Cuernavaca typically 2-3 times per year renting multiple rooms - overall it is a decent hotel and perfect location for us but here are some cons or more feedback about my experience: most front desk workers not too friendly, you only get 2 small bottles of water your first night stay nothing more if you are staying additional nights (This should be complimentary each night stay) Digital key system for rooms can be tricky-key system needs updating. Executive side rooms are more expensive but worth it and the groundskeeping is beautiful however the very nice pool on the executive side gets very crowded from the entire hotel - would be nice if the executive pool could be limited to executive room guests. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was really nice, clean and ideal for family with mobility issues. We def would stay again and again here. There were ramps, car pick up, drop offs that made it easy to get in and out of the property incl access to the restaurant and pool areas without the use of a lot of stairs. Our rooms on the 1st flr & 2nd was near the pool. The grounds were well maintained, manicured lawn and trees. The front desk staff, waiter staff, grounds, cleaning staff said greetings and accommodated our room needs. The porters are the winners here for service, they were gracious, helpful and social, greeting us esp at night upon return when property gates were closed. There was a great band playing at the hotel restaurant, but had to cut their set short due to rainstorm that flooded some areas, incredible crew was in motion to remove water from ceramic floors. The pools looked refreshing, saw others enjoying the pool all day long. The hotel was within a short distance of city attractions and events. The on site restaurant was lively, tv, music and bar with great customer service, the food was yummy. Our only two minor concerns were room sinks had faucet sprayers splashing water all over you when in use. The other is the room keycard easily becomes demagnetized if left near your wallet or cell phone, which the front staff stated could happen at check in, we didn’t believe it would be so easy to do, it happened for us twice, but front staff reprogrammed them courteously, no attitude.

Unfortunately, our stay at Casa Francisco was disappointing from the moment we arrived. The staff was not very helpful, and we had repeated issues with our key cards not working. When we brought it to their attention, we felt like they didn’t believe us and acted as though we were exaggerating the problem. This was especially frustrating because I have back issues, so having to constantly go back and forth just to get into the room was very inconvenient. The next morning, we were woken up by a lot of noise because our room was located right next to the conference room. You could hear everything happening inside. When we mentioned it to the staff, we were told it was only going to be that one night. Unfortunately, that was not true because a few days later there was another conference, and once again the noise was very noticeable from our room. We did not feel that the hotel was accommodating or concerned about making our stay more comfortable. There were a few staff members who were genuinely kind and helpful—about three throughout our entire stay—but overall, the customer service and experience were not what we expected. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not stay at Casa Francisco again.

Clean rooms, all staff friendly (one grumpy male on front desk one time during 2 week stay), but front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff and grounds people all generally very friendly. Some Towels wearing thin, wifi in rooms was slow. Food & atmosphere at restaurant was good, grounds were well kept and great for families and groups.

The AC was not working at all as well as the fridge . Those days we were at 90 degrees. I called the front desk for assistance and they never fixed it . The beds are really hard to sleep in ( mattress) and no elevator so prepare to hike with your luggage bags
