The gardens are very nice. The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. The pool was clean. My dogs had a great time too.

The hotel is split in 2 sections. We changed room because the first one seemed like a storage shed in the middle of both sections. Second room was nicer with a balcony and view to the city. Staff was nice and helpful.

HOTEL was embargo!

Awful experience. When we arrived the hotel had been embargo for nonpayment in two years. The hotel obviously left us on the street. BUT Hotel.com was amazing and refunded our funds representative was amazing!

Don’t recommend it. You have to carry your luggage up Lots of stairs…the mosquitos were really bad. We couldn’t sit outside much less use the pool.

Beware!!

This is our first time visiting Cuernavaca and my experience was not that great. The person from reception area was not friendly. This hotel has no phones in rooms so either you go look for them in person or if you need something you communicate through WhatsApp??? And they only answer texts not calls. They did not leave enough towels knowing it was 3 of us and they did not clean the room one of the 4 nights that we were there!!? According to them , clean linen was not available!?? First day we were there, we wanted to eat at dining area and they said no because they had a large group of people that were going to dine inside so they wanted us to go to pool area and the server said, "once you are ready to order, please do it thru WhatsApp!??? Horrible experience. This hotel is not on my list for future visits!

No venden bebidas alcohólicas , ni cerveza , mala cosa . En la habitación en la que estuve (8) muy bien cabría un frigobar . Tampoco tienen cafetera . Fuera de eso , la habitación es amplia , los sofás son un muy buen punto a favor . La comida más o menos pasa .

Me gustó el cuidado del jardín. La comida. NO me gustó la limpieza y el mal estado de barandales y lo poco cuidado de algunas cosas de los cuartos (cortinas, manijas). El agua de la alberca estaba fría. Los trabajadores dijeron que estaba descompuesto el mecanismo para calentarla y el personal dijo que no era verdad.El internet del cuarto no funcionaba bien. No procuró el personal dar una satisfacción más amable a sus problemas.
