「Checkout is noon. They started knocking at 11 then every 15 minutes until we left.」

「Honestly a really nice and cute hotel. Only thing is that when you pay at the beginning they add a 20% fee for incidentals, which is fine, but every time they did that the screen would show one amount and the charge on my bank app would show another. I honestly think the system automatically charges the 20% but they add the 20% on before they enter the amount so it’s almost like double charging for incidentals which it comes back to you but still should look into why their machines do that. 「Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area.」

「Lovely person at front desk carried luggage up for us since no elevator.」

「Second time staying here. Clean rooms, staff is friendly and helpful. Next to Blauhm Bros which is perfect for a nightcap.」

「A lovely hotel. Close to the town. Easy parking. Cozy and clean room. Friendly owner. Definitely it’s a great experience to stay overnight when you visit galena. 」

「The room was clean and it had a nice fireplace.」

「性价比高的酒店,旁边加油站方便加油和买饮料，距离市中心很近。早餐可以，前台员工很友善又愿意帮忙。推荐入住。」

「Staff great, room great. Coffee was mediocre.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」
