"We stayed in bear cabin and loved it! Beautiful property and the hot tub was convenient to our cabin. The owner was great to work with and very friendly. "
"We have drove by this establishment several times during our stays in Estes Park. Great location as you’re only about 2 miles or so from the RMNP entrance. Quiet and pleasant comes to mind, would recommend you consider staying at Boulder Brook. "

"We enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax, take nice walks on the property, sit and read, this is your place. It absolutely has a B&B feel. It’s out of the way, but very close to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. So…if you’re going to the national park, you’ll be at the entrance in 5-10 minutes, so very convenient. The breakfast buffet was good. The view from our room was incredible…looking directly at the Rocky Mountains. Overall, we’re glad we stayed. "
"The place was very nice, bed comfortable, everything was very clean. The hot tub was hot, and there are comfortable places set up for sitting by the river for having a campfire. There are bbq grills and picnic tables, cute front porches with outdoor furniture for sitting and watching the deer walk by. Super friendly owners as well make this a very nice place to stay. "
"We lone hearing the stream flowing and looking right out the door as it goes by. The room was very clean and good soaps and shampoo's to use. The cabin decor and amazing coffee make it extra nice. Also love the fire ring and fireplace in the room. I wish it would have been cold enough to use it."
"The room was super cute and very clean. If I had a complaint, and it’s minor, the bed wasn’t too comfortable. But that would NOT keep me from booking again!"
"I can’t say enough great things about this place! The cottage was clean and cozy, the yard games they have for the visitors is such a nice touch, the fire pit to gather around, the grills they have to use, the location to the entrance to the RMNP…I mean this place marks off all the accommodation needs. Check in and out is a breeze! And they are super easy to communicate with! 5 stars hands down!"
