"The room was nice and clean, bedsheets, linen, pillows and duvets are included, towel is for a fee, but I totally understand regarding those guests who always steals it from places. They have a bar outside which has a nice atmosphere, and there is a lunch place next to them (like a small restaurant) with really good prices and food. Staff was kind and helpful, you can buy any amenities that you left home at the reception."

"Hotel was centrally located minutes from Chain bridge, so always easy to walk city and find your way back. The service was top notch with plenty of front desk staff so never had to wait. they made taxi reservations, suggested restrauraunt, helped with booking night cruise tours. very full service. We took advantage of the relax room which has a jacuzzi of sauna which relieved sore muscles from walking all day. they had all the services and amenities of a 5 star hotel. Would stay again"
