「Most enjoyable stay, the room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated with a view of the river, and the bed was the softest we had ever slept in! Staff were really lovely and helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the beginning of our stay. 「Shower was great (if small) and the homemade shortbread was a nice little touch my son enjoyed as part of his breakfast. The breakfasts were also really good. They were very flexible on items on the full English and the ingredients were good quality with proper sausages, thick bacon and thick slices of good bread. The two women working there were great and the service was excellent though. They told another guest they only took it on last year and are doing it up but they need to either do it...

「Lovely little apartment.. very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable! Hot tub was lovely and we sat in it and watched the sunset over the sea. Complex is quite run down but work is ongoing to improve the facilities. A manual for the hot tub would have been useful having never used one before.」

「Great room with lovely seating area in the middle of Ilfracombe. Carparking handy and cheap. Lots to do and see. Just one problem with the gutter outside the room leaking with heavy rain and very noisy. A part from that, perfect, with Woolacombe bay surfing just 15mins down the road.」
