Would return to the North Devon resort. Very friendly and welcoming staff amd nothing was too much trouble. Apartment was clean and tidy and provided for small comforts such as teabags, coffee and milk. Very nice stay amd wish i would have stayed longer to enjoy the complex more.

A good clean base

Apartment tired but clean and adequate. Would like kitchen utensils to be reviewed but you get the basics. Shower cubicle could be larger given the size of bathroom. Would like the pool to be open earlier but the pool manager is a gem. All in all a good budget stay. Plenty of parking if you aren’t insisting parking outside your door. Staff are so welcoming and helpful.

Could do better.

Interior great! Exterior shabby. Access by exterior stairs in very poor condition. There was no dishwasher. There was only 2 of everything. 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 cups etc. Even the double bed was 2 singles pushed together. Bathroom excellent with plenty of piping hot water. We had a sea view. The beach is not within easy walking distance.

Perfect for us!

For three middle aged guys cycling the Devon coast to coast route, absolutely perfect! Clean, tidy, comfortable and reasonably priced. Can’t comment on the other facilities as we arrived late and left early. Reception very helpful and accommodating, keeping us updated during the day with arrangements for our late arrival. Would certainly book again.

Rubbish

Wouldn’t waste your money dirty, filthy noisy the family next to us couldn’t wait to get home to make a formal complaint. Advertise shop, but all you can get was tampons or chutney no general essentials. If we were there for longer than one night we would’ve left and found somewhere else to go. We found stuff left from the previous people that we left on the table. Waste of our money. Very poorly advertised misleading it was an utter disappointment for our two children.

We stayed in the studio deluxe room which was very nice, although could do with a mirror in the living area. The bar and swimming area looked nice but as we stayed mid week late June there was no entertainment, which was a shame so we did not use this facility. The site was in desperate need of a complete makeover, very run down outside. It was a good place for a base to visit north Devon.
