「The staff was exceptional. They were doing the best they could to keep up. Hotel was near sold out and it was obviously understaffed. Grime everywhere, crumbs in carpet, broken floor tiles in bathroom, large stains on furniture and bedding. We moved a chair to play cards and there were hair products under it that had definitely been there for months, given all of the dust/hair/dirt on them. 「The good: beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bad: AC fan controller not working properly. Staff struggled to key the room. Fitness center was closed due to broken equipment. Staff not wear Uniforms. Finishes in room were very outdated. Faucet in bathroom was very loose. Hotel cost was about twice what it was worth. I would not stay there again unless the cost was much lower.」
