「Clean room, friendly staff. A light breakfast that wasn't anything really special. Traffic in the area around the hotel can be intense, especially if you need to make a left turn on S. Pleasant Valley Road on the way out.」

「The room was very clean, however, it is not senior friendly - no grab bars in the bathroom (no towel bars either). We had a first floor room, however, there are three steps (first is very steep) to go down which was an issue for my husband who has mobility issues. They allow pets, but no bags or trash container for clean up. Also appeared to be in odor in the hall.」

「We were coming in for a soccer game so we decided to stay closer. Loved how pool stays open till 11 so we could get in pool after we arrived. It’s heated but you will need to ask them to turn it on. It was a bit nippy. Very pet friendly which wasn’t a favorite of mine but glad our room didn’t show any signs of pet ware or smell like pets/smoke.」

「原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。」

「Nice accommodations except there was no body wash in the shower, and I didn't notice until I was in there. Breakfast was okay, waffle mix was empty and had to wait until the desk person could get the kitchen worker to respond. The worst part was workers outside near the door smoking.」

「Lovely Luxury with a spacious sunset suite. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Wish there were one or more sofa tables. staff were delightful, will definitely come again. Please add a cafe for guests not wanting a large expensive dinner. Breakfast Food was very good. Kitchen well equipped for beverage and snack storage, and very clean.」
