「DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...

「Easy self check in, very glad our apartment was on the main floor, so minimal steps. Very comfortable. Bed was quite firm, but nice bedding. Asked for and received an extra pillow. Great stay!」

「This place is amazing! The cottage is so lovely, has everything you need and there was even a little welcome basket of coffee and snacks for us! The kids had the best time playing on the beach! We are so happy we chose to stay here. A short drive to inverness and located the cutest little village. If you stay here go to the cheese pantry! We had the most amazing stay with our family including 3 little kids! Also the most amazing sunsets! We literally would live here if we could!」

「Lovely clean family room, all brand new furnishings so really comfortable. Quiet calm place to stay, self check in so barely see anyone but that’s just fine. Lovely view of sea from room and if not then only ten paces and at sea wall so you can hear it and feel near it. Not much going on in town but just very calm and quaint and authentic so not over touristy, which is perfect. Ideal base for exploring region.」

「The property was easy to access and in a great location in Inverness. The host was accomodating and accessible...at first. When we arrived at the property, we found the hot tub liner was ripped which made using it a challenge...also we found several of the showers would not get cold and the heads on a couple showers would spray everywhere. Also, the heater behind the washer/dryer turned off and started blinking an error code. In the 5 days we had booked, we tried to contact the host four...

Sylvia is so sweet & made our stay special with all her communication, snacks & everything thing you would need in a home away from home. Hope to return in the near future.」

「This property is right on the river with lots of shopping and restaurants in easy access. I appreciated the availability of a parking permit, since all the street parking says permit only. They were smart to leave the washer manual in the welcome notebook as I had no idea how to operate this style of washer. Check in info was sent to our what’s app, which makes a lot of sense, since they draw travelers from all over the world. I wish we could have stayed longer!」
