「The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel.」

「We stayed at The Line Hotel for one night, mainly because we needed to be close to the coach station, and for that purpose it worked well. The hotel has a slightly pompous, showy style to it, but overall it was comfortable and did the job for a short stay. The surrounding area isn’t particularly attractive at the moment, as there are ongoing works on the train lines, so the immediate environment feels a bit unfinished.
