"Had been backpacking with my family for over a week with my family had 3 rooms booked. We came early just after 3 pm to see if we could check in early. I didn't even say anything, just started to walk up to the window to see and he snapped at me and said I couldn't check in until 4pm. Before 3:30 a couple came out with their keys, obviously having checked in. So I went to wait inside, another family came, tried to check in and couldn't. I went up again and he said our room wasn't ready, fine....
