"Continental breakfast area was under construction. Only a community microwave oven. Ice machine worked great. Beds really comfortable. Great place for a night or two but anything more than that I'd pick another hotel."

"There was trash on the ground, there was no ice machine but they said if we needed ice that it was in an ice chest in the hall which we saw a child dipping into with a container. There was no attendant present when we arrived but a sign said to call a number and then they came to check us in. They were friendly. The room had very outdated dark spotted carpet. A chair had a big tear in the fabric of the arm. A roach was in the bathroom floor. The lights flickered but came on like they had warned us at the front desk that they would. It was very noisy outside but that was the guests being rowdy around the pool which we were near but up on the 2nd floor so it was below us. I had booked it from the pictures and knew it was non refundable but was not worried. I won't stay there again. We left and rented a different room at a different hotel and paid again."

"We came in late, & receptionist was extraordinarily kind & accommodating. She was also breakfast staff for breakfast, & again very pleasant even with overnight work shift. Room & facilities were clean & up to date. We would recommend this hotel & would stay again. Thank you."

"6.1.26/8.30p - If I was traveling with my kids, I would not have chosen here. While it's conveniently located off i10 and surrounded by a good variety of eateries it was loaded with work crews and folks hanging out all night. however, it was decent enough for me to shelter from the storm and I got a few hours of sleep. That armchair needs to go in the nearest trash bin! And I appreciate the hard floors over carpet."

"The desk clerk was super nice. The room appeared clean but smelled of mildew. The tiles in the bathroom had lifted up and when showering, the water flooded the floor all the way out to the entry way. I told the front desk clerk about it. She said it needed a shower guard installed. So why wasn’t it????? The pool is actually more of a cold, large jacuzzi with room in the area for only 2 lounge chairs - tiny - and in a corner next to the parking lot. Clearly an afterthought. The hotel snack area was absolutely pathetic. The size of a small closet with empty shelves. The breakfast was basic, just like all the others. The coffee is horrible - don’t bother. The 9.3 rating is way too gracious. This is a very basic hotel, nothing great."
