「预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。」

「Absolutely amazing stay. We celebrated a 44th birthday and the food was amazing and good quality and well worth the price , we had 12 guests that came for lunch (2 were last minute confirmed) and a table was set up for them no problems at all.. our server Tash was absolutely incredible and the Manager Gemma such a lovely lady and so customer focused , The attention to detail from the cleaning staff was amazing (happy birthday banner and balloons ) Definitely going to be staying here again」

Facilities wise we went to the Strike Shack for the driving range and bought 50 balls to play around with which was really fun and also visited the pool twice during our stay. Great to have the family swim times as felt comfortable to be amongst other parents and young children in the pool. Overall a really lovely stay.」
