「The room and lobby were clean, amenities were good, coffee in the lobby in the mornings, pools were small but clean. Only complaints are the front desk was right outside of my room, so could hear everything, music playing in lobby, piano, and front desk talking. If they’d do away with the music playing during the day it would be great」

「I was very disappointed that I had to pay for parking and that I had to pay for breakfast most hotels at a complementary breakfast especially a Hilton with the rate you charge for rooms that I really know better than any other hotel and charging for parking I think that’s terrible. I will never stay here again when I come to Saint Augustine I know I can do much better for the price with better amenities.」

「We checked in at dusk and were greeted once we ring the outside bell because there wasn’t an attendant visible to us but they had camera to see outside. We didn’t wait long at all. The attendant gave me a hard time at checkout even though I had reservations through Expedia and my ID. The card I was using didn’t have my name printed on it」

Very nice clean rooms , pristine pool ,and right on the water front - and you are right in the heart of the oldest town in America.」
