「This was one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Norman and his staff were absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. They were very friendly and helpful with anything that we could’ve needed. The amenities were very clean and Security was excellent. I really loved my stay at the Hilton Garden in downtown.」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「Quick and easy check-in compared to other hotels in Atlanta the room was clean, a bit outdated in the bathroom, but it served its purpose. I would definitely stay here again.」

「I checked in and immediately noticed that the bed sheets weren’t changed so I told the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping supervisors handled right away! I stayed for 3 nights and my bed sheets were changed everyday after that! I appreciated it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet, the entire staff were very friendly and polite. I saw other reviews about roaches but I didn’t see one during my stay.」
