「DISAPPOINTED. I made my reservation through hotels.com, paid for the reservation, received a confirmation number, and receive the receipt of payment for the room. When I arrived at the hotel they had no record of my reservation. I attempted the contact hotels.com directly through your AI assistant, and receive no response. I was then forced to pay again for the room directly to the hotel. I find this to be completely unacceptable and expect someone to contact me directly to resolve this...

「Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town.」

「Drury never disappoints. Always our first pick when traveling! Coralville is slightly starting to show a little age, but still the best hotel. We had 2 queen suite and one of the beds was very soft and the other was perfect. Kickbacks and breakfast were great. Parking in the lot can be a challenge- don’t hit the yellow posts 」

「Great location, close to shops and restaurants. Service was pleasant (I didn’t have a need for them other then check in). Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good for included hotel breakfast. I usually skip them, but enjoyed this one! Convenient to I80. 」

「The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.」
