The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth. A small heads-up beforehand about Kasa being a bit atypical would have been nice; it’s more like an apartment-hotel with virtual check-in, no traditional front desk, and self-service amenities, which caught me off guard...
