「When our reservations at another hotel in Rome city center were cancelled by the hotel management, we immediately reserved at Hotel Villa Pamphili Roma. Boy, did we luck out. 「At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4...
