「There is no obvious signage for drivers to this hotel. The corridors in the hotel are narrowed and it's difficult for 2 people with luggages to walk through. My executive room was spacious and comfortable though. Not enough sockets or USB in the room to charge my phones and ipads. The reception would not add my IHG membership number to my stay, so I think this IHG membership is not worthy to use any more as its staff did not even give any respect to it. 「Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a lovely room which was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although I had a taxi pick me up just before 6am the staff member on the desk made me a quick cup of coffee.

「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. 」

「It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)」
