Positives were friendly staff on the whole and good restaurant Negatives were lack of good window blinds and poor choice at breakfast with poor quality coffee. Also, hotel shuttle bus was not readily available .

This place is special. The location to the slopes and the surrounding area is excellent. The manager, Anna Mendez went out of her way to make sure that my stay there was most enjoyable. Kudos again to Anna.
