Room was clean, couldn’t figure out how to work the tv. Room got quite warm in the middle of the night and AC didn’t work so didn’t have the best sleep. Breakfast was ok, but the orange juice was like drinking coloured water… A theme with this hotels it seems.

My room was right on the highway. Noisy all night long. Staff was not knowledgeable about the area. Good breakfast. Large area for breakfast, probably about 60 or more seats, not just jammed into a small corner like most hotels. Days Inn level of quality and comfort.

There is inadequate parking. The computers were not working. I wanted to print my boarding pass and had to wait another day. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. The shower head had mold on it.

The property is unique for it's ability to hold onto the originality of the building when it was first built. Aka: the wallpaper is original and falling off or bubbling and being held up with staples. The tv stand is wobbly. The toilet paper was clearly rolled back up after being unrolled and presented like it was new.

Very noisy afternoon & evening from busy road noise & people in general. Surprisingly it was a pretty night to sleep. Breakfast was typical Days Inn but fresh, hot & well taken care of.

Room was spacious (king suite). Location was central and parking was easy. Bed was comfortable. Pull out couch was easy to work. Kitchenette was missing essentials like a kettle and dish washing items - cloths, soap. Loud air conditioner and non black out curtains made it hard to sleep.

The room and hotel were clean and stocked well. Staff was friendly. The beds were very comrfotable. The ONLY negative was that they advertised an Omelette station. No Omelette station which they falsy advertised unfortunately , other then that it was a good hot breakfast.

Limited parking. Hotel along very busy street. Strong smell of curry throughout from the restaurant. But, on a more positive note, the rooms were clean and comfortable (although not worth the cost), and the staff were helpful and friendly

There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel and our room on the second floor always smelled like curry. It was pleasant when we checked in but it was unpleasant to wake up to it. Also I hadn’t noticed at booking that there was no AC The room was clean though and the breakfast was good

Nice staff clean enough place convenient location only 2 cons were the whole place smelt like you were sleeping in the Indian food restaurant on the first floor and there is no fan or air in the rooms

The current customer rating on Expedia is 8.0. A more accurate rating is somewhere around 7.0. The couch in the room was very dirty. The booking says a queen bed but the beds are doubles not queens. The pictures on Expedia show a much newer and cleaner hotel. This is not actuality. It’s not a horrible place but not what I expected.

Thank you for your feedback! The photos were taken after our last major renovation in 2015. We are currently working through our rooms over the winter and for the next month or so to update and refresh as many of the rooms as we can before the summer rush hits.We are in the process of stripping the wallpaper and painting the bathrooms and guestrooms, as well as replacing the old patio doors from the 70's with new energy efficiant doors that do a much better job of blocking the noise. We are also replacing the older pillows, and curtains in the rooms with new ones that will wrap around to the wall giving better light blockage.Please let us know what you think of the refresh when you are back next!

Big, beautiful foyer with inviting fireplace. super friendly staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV had excellent picture. Room is dated - paint peeling i bathroom. Bring ear plugs unless you like traffic noise if you get a street facing room. Breakfast was decent though eggs were blah. Good selection of eats.

No decaf coffee in the room or available at the front desk. Only 2 paper cups in the room for coffee. Asked front desk if they had glasses for wine. Wanted a deposit for the glasses and when presented with the glasses, one glass had dried red wine at the bottom which the fellow told me was the design of the glass. The other glass was filthy! He brought out a third glass and it was just as dirty. What a joke!I will never stay at this place again!!

We are stripping the old wallpaper and repainting the rooms, replacing the patio doors from 1971 with new slider doors that are more energy efficient and reduce noise much better, and are replacing the pillows as we go.Please let us know what you think on your next stay with us.

Very chic upon entering the hotel lobby. Was greeted right away. Checked in quickly and accurately. Room is a suite with full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a jacuzzi. Our suite bedroom is spacious and modern. Very impressed

Did not feel safe in the side parking lot near the rear door. Saw a few homeless people hanging around there. I was told there is security cameras there but no staff was around. Complimentary breakfast was good. Lots of food choices and coffee was good. Staff very friendly.

The pool was closed which was not advertised, the facility was in a bit of disrepair however the room itself seemed clean. The bathtub would not really drain well, so while showering it filled up with water.

Thank you for your feedback. We will have maintenance look at the tub drain.The pool is outside and it is still -5C overnight recently so cannot be used. It is indicated as a seasonal pool and Expedia notes that it open the end of May until early October, weather depending. Perhaps it will be open when you return next.

Will never go back. Jacuzzi could barely fit one person. Pre authorization on card still not lifted after more than two weeks. Staff was snotty about early check in and also the hold not being lifted. Plus two pre authorizations in same stay. Stay away

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. The jacuzzi is not a family sized and designed for 1 person. Your pre-auth was released by us the day you checked out, so I would suggest calling your bank to see when they will return it to you, as it is out of our hands since the day you left. Check in time is 4pm and we do not guarantee early access to your room, although we do try to accommodate when possible at no extra charge for you.

Room was okay, needed some cosmetic maintenance done (wallpaper peeling, poorly patched in places, stains that needed to be painted, dresser drawer that wouldn’t stay closed), attention to detail regarding cleanliness in bathroom is needed ( clean the floor behind the bathroom door, hair in sink etc)

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, beds were comfy. However at breakfast, they make you ask the staff to put the food on plate vs self serving. That’s a bit awkward for a hotel breakfast. The other thing I didn’t like was the overpowering smell from the Indian restaurant next door. I couldn’t fall asleep for a long time because of this strong smell.

Stayed for one night, family of four with two little kids. We arrived later in the evening and check in was quick and easy. The key initially didn’t work so had to go back to let front desk know, issue was quickly resolved. Property’s dated and that’s very apparent, but clean. For one or couple of nights, it really is reasonable for the price. Beds were comfy, it was quiet. The AC in our room didn’t work but since we were only staying one night, we opened the windows to let the breeze in and we managed. We let the staff know upon check out and front desk was quick to fill out a maintenance form for it. Breakfast was surprisingly good! They had bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, and hashbrowns along with other staples like cereal, bread, bagels, yogurt. Staff seemed really friendly and helpful. It was a nice, pleasant stay overall.

The wife loved the Dove soap dispensers in the bathroom,and the deep bathtub ,water pressure was abit weak took for ever to fill tub but really over all i would say they didnt diapoint had a quiet night away from home
