「No one at the front desk when I arrived. Had to call, then wait, by phone on the desk. While checking in, the woman at the desk said I needed to go to the room to check if everything worked, because they only had maintenance man on site until 6PM. When I checked in room, TV powered up, but could not change channels. No information in room on amenities, or how to call front desk. I went back to office, called on house phone, waited again, to tell them TV would not change channels. She said she...

「No working pool as advertised. First room refrigerator was leaking water all over the carpet. Second room smelled musty and they have bed bugs. I would not recommend staying there.」

「The whole property in general was nasty and unkept. Our room was so dirty, sheets had crumbs all over them. The towels were soured smelling. When we walked into our room it was late and we were exhausted. The temp in the room was 60* we turned the thermostat up, but it did not help. We finally had to just turn it completely off and turned the heat on to warm up.. We also expect a nice fresh room when staying at a holiday Inn.」

「The staff was very friendly, We were there 4 nights and trash was emptied once and towels were never changed. Otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was good too.」

「Because we used Expedia to book, the hotel said they couldn't notify us that the elevator was out of service. We found out about it after we checked in. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it but it is a big deal when you have a child in a wheelchair. She's 22 and my husband had to carry her to the 2nd floor bc first floor was all booked therefore we couldn't switch. Unbelievable.」
