The rooms at this resort were very clean. The staff was competent and very kind. I never saw one staff member on their phone - their full attention was to the guests. I loved the location of the resort. We were able to go for walks on fifth avenue mornings and evenings.

We really enjoyed the newly renovated rooms. Only suggestion would be that the showers have somewhere other than the floor to put bath products. They needed to have a shelf in the bathroom. The food was really good. The hotel was clean, they reset the shared spaces everyday. The spa was great as well. No reservations for restaurants and we never had to wait.
