Beach was not great No shade at beach unless you paid for a sun bed… all inclusive should include that !! Food was very good… best steak we’ve had at an all inclusive All in all a nice resort if you want to be right in Playa.. only major complaint is having to pay for the day beds!

Hospitality was TOP NOTCH! Food was amazing, the view from our room was beautiful and the room was stunning. Will come back to this resort again for sure and check out Hyatt in other locations because we are so ecstatic about the experience!

Overall pleasant stay at the Cozumel hotel & resort! Not the fanciest resort I’ve been to but I was there for a wedding and was able to accommodate us all and reasonably priced! It was convienent to get to and I felt safe leaving the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool was awesome! ...
