"Lugar súper cómodo , es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor y cálido ! El personal es super amable y la atención muy personalizada realmente se ve que se esfuerzan por hacer las cosas bien !! Las instalaciones muy limpias y el desayuno delicioso muy completo tipo buffet. La Combinación perfecta entre un hotel en la playa con montaña también , al área del Spa estuvo muy relajante definitivamente vamos a volver !"

"I stayed there for the second time. I like it because it is quiet in the garden rooms. I don't even need earplugs to sleep. It's away from downtown so no honking or street noise. I went to the front desk to ask for taxis and they always showed up in a few minutes. It's July 2026 and the bar is under construction but a smaller bar is open by the beach. It was more fun because even though there is less seating you end up socializing with everyone there."

"Pros: impeccable property with alert friendly staff, excellent restaurant, safe due to the entrance gate and staff being present at the beach entrance, consistent waves and isolated beach due to it being at the end of jaco beach, great clean pools, really nice balcony. Cons: difficult to get to as you have to suddenly brake and drive into a short driveway before the staff opens a gate, the hotel is on a treacherous steep curve that was a source of very loud truck engine breaking 24 hours a day, you need to have a car to get anywhere as it’s too far to walk, beds were hard."

"Personal atento, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas, el desayuno incluido espectacular… lo malo, se escucha el ruido de la calle y además la gente del hotel y huéspedes se sentaban a hablar frente a nuestra habitación desde las 6am lo que nos obligaba a despertarnos bien temprano… tal vez si instalan letreros de Haga silencio, respete el descanso de los huéspedes… sería maravilloso! , lo otro fue que un día regresamos a la habitación y la habitación estaba con la puerta abierta, seguro el personal de limpieza olvidó cerrar la puerta, afortunadamente nada se nos perdió."
