"The Bay Landing was conveniently located and an easy drive to San Francisco and Sonoma/Napa. The hotel was clean, as was our room. The staff was very kind and quickly took care of us. The breakfast was great. The food preparation staff kept the buffet food servings well stocked and the tables clean for the guests."

"Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. "L’ Hôtel est bien situé au centre ville. On y accède facilement avec tous les moyens de transport. Les réceptionnistes sont très polis et très accueillant et à tes petits soins, même quand tu ne parles pas l’anglais. Ma chambre était propre. Egalement accès facile à tous les centres commerciaux et il existe des restaurants non loin de l’hôtel. La propreté du hall au 8ème étage est à revoir."
