"Clean large room. Warm shower. Room cleaned each day. Free parking. Easy access to major roads into St. John's. Muffins and coffee available each morning. One complaint and it's nothing to do with the hotel or staff. Someone smoking Marijuana in a nearby room one night and smell got into our room. Unfortunately its an issue we've faced at other hotels."

"We spent overnight for my daughter’s birthday and the front desk during our check in was very helpful and polite. The room was good and tidy and extra blanket and pillow was even prepared in the cupboard. Overall stay and amenities was good except for the breakfast we were kind of late to go down like 10 mins before 9:30am which was the closing time, the servers were already putting away the food and throwing the scrambled eggs to the trash. Such a waste and it wasn’t even closing yet some guest were asking if they can still get some sausage since the server was already starting to throw."
