"We checked in, we went to the room and found a crawling friend in the room. My son stepped on it , I grab a tissue and picked it up and took it to the front desk. We were told there was nothing they could. Hotels.com took care of this."

"Pool was great! The room was clean but the door didn’t have the typical latch? It actually had half of the latch but what are you going to do with that? It didn’t feel like a super safe space but it’s super close to Downtown Sacramento. Good place to sleep, dont know about staying multiple days. Also half the rooms were closed and there was an asbestos warning for one of the floors…."

"Motorcycle parking Fee 8 months ago it was free when we stayed Now they charge $35 a bike. Even if you park two in one space. Won’t be staying there again as long as this policy is enforced "

"Requested a king size no smoking room , but first thing I smelled when I walked in was smoke. Asked to change my room but they couldn’t accommodate me for the same room but one with two queen beds, but even then the rooms didn’t look comfortably clean, lots of homeless around the area & right away I told them I’m staying at a different property & they would not reimburse me so I took a loss. Never ever staying there "

"No coffee on site, felt safe with the secured gates, 24/7 operational, clearly dated property but rooms renovated, clean showers, functional ice machine, no ceiling fans and very bad musty odor from room unit so left window open despite barely functional broken screen , filtered water in lobby "
