「Room was very spacious, with a lovely mountain view. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room is lovely. Slopes easily accessible. 」

In reality, the apartment is in a completely different and inferior location far from the center. The exterior, balcony, and surroundings do not match the listing photos at all — clear location misrepresentation. At check-in the apartment was not cleaned or prepared: no bed linens, no towels, no toilet paper, and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The unit...
