"Amazing location, good facilities - umbrella hire, nice, easy and early check in. Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast. Room little tired - loose bathroom fittings, but over all a very good stay."

"We had a great stay. This is the second time we booked the Gresham and we were not disappointed. Staff, accommodation ,food were all excellent. The location is great too with Luas Tram ourside the front door. The only minor issue was the corridor the room was on, tended to be a little noisey with people returing/ leaving their rooms. Perhaps a sign up reminding residents to be respectful of other guests sleeping wouldnt go a miss."
