"Beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Crisp cotton sheets. Very comfortable bed. Lovely tiled shower, with great water pressure. Quiet. Stylish and elegant shared spaces. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this jewel of a hotel."

"Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to be immersed in the free reality show skip this place. "

"The hotel was clean, and the staff was very nice and helpful. They were constantly cleaning and moving about to improve the area. The only downside is that the Hotel is a bit dated. "

"They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!"

"We stayed there for the SEC WBB tournament. Convenient for driving downtown quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate a small amount for breakfast because we were meeting friends for brunch later. But what we had was very good. "
