"Good Room was very clean and the linens were comfortable. Ample good towels. Coffee in room. Daily maid service. For a continental breakfast it was excellent. Microwave, small refrigerator. Good parking. Needs improvement What they were calling a kitchen was a whirlpool suite with a double sink, microwave, small fridge, and a "rack." No stove, utensils or anything like that. The fireplace in the lobby was advertised but wasn't running during the 5 days I stayed, that I saw."

"Beds were super comfy, it was clean, front desk were kind and helpful. would stay again for sure! It was convenient to walk the skyway through to the event center. I did get a knock on the door at 9pm at night from a staff member, someone had ordered towels and we were sleeping, he got the wrong room and walked off cursing. Just feedback for the staff otherwise everything was reallly great!! "

"I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!"
