「I booked and paid for a room for my husband for a 1 night stay on 4/18/26. He had traveled 9 hours to get to that destination. Upon reaching the front desk in late afternoon, he presented his driver's license and a card. He said he had a reservation. The front desk clerk said no reservation - almost gleefully. Really put him through the ringer to just check in. He said his wife made it. She kept pointing out things like there wasnt an address or phone number on file. He really didnt know...

「We appreciated being able to check in early, and the staff at the front desk was kind and welcoming. That definitely made a good first impression. However, the room felt like a bit of a downgrade. The bathroom in particular seemed dated, and the floors didn’t appear to be cleaned thoroughly. The main room itself was fine and seemed clean, and the bed was very comfortable—probably the highlight of the stay. Breakfast was underwhelming. There was $hit smeared all over the public restroom in the lobby and when we asked if there was another restroom the kids could use and explained the situation the girl at the desk simply said NO thats thebonlynone we have and showed no concern for the cleanliness/ public health hazard of their hotel」

「The only good experience that I had was cleanliness. I stayed there to just get a break from traveling to work. The ac didn’t work properly. There was no shampoo, soap, or conditioner in the bathroom so I went to work the next day in construction with just a rise off basically. What I used to love about Best Western. The breakfast was always better and it is the same as any cheap hotel now. A lot of it was tasteless. When I left I grabbed deodorant so I could somewhat smell decent after...

「One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. 」

「Facility was adequate but had old decor and stale smell in the room. Everything needs to be refurbished, like room carpet, doors, bathroom floor, furniture. The second floor ice machine looked like it hasn't worked for a long time and should be removed. Overall, it served the purpose for the booking. It provided a bed and bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker. I think there was a microwave but I didn't need to use it.」
