"Overall a nice hotel. Rooms are updated, clean and have new fixtures. But, they are on the small size for a king or full double beds. The bathroom is small, with a double shower head. One complaint we had is related to the mattresses. While they’re foam based, they’re extra firm and apparently they can’t provide any toppers to ease the firmness. Room being small (standard double), the A/C is loud and even turned off, still has a constant hissing noise."

"This place is really special because it felt like home from the very first day. We really enjoyed our room, especially the great view from the balcony. It was also very quiet. The room was super clean and comfortable. They make sure that everything is perfect. There's a kitchen downstairs where you can cook your own meals. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Once again, thank you so much for everything, Catalina! Everything was perfect. We would definitely book Casa Acati again!"

This was an excellent hotel with friendly staff that worked to anticipate my needs as an English speaker in a foreign country. The location is great, near the beach and in the center of the city with lots of stuff around. The rooms are very nicely appointed and there is a great restaurant next door that provides room service. There is a doorman and reserved parking spots which is vital because parking is very difficult in the city. I really enjoyed my week long stay here and would absolutely ...

Nice place. Didnt like not being able to flush toilet paper. This isnt Vietnam or Thailand. Restaurant was okay. Don't expect good service. Walked out the second time I tried to get a table because the host was RUDE. "Table for 1 please?" "WAIT!" Then walked away and never came back. Breakfast was a good spread. Lots of juice and choices. Front desk was very nice, let me check out late for a small fee. If i ever come back there for some reason I would consider staying there. The...
