"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I do like it a lot, it is clean, friendly and food is great. There were a few niggles during the storm, room was cold and aircon did not work on heating settings, but they brought in an electric heater (which did not work), one day the water was not warm enough but as soon as I contacted the reception, it was addressed. Overall, I like they are proactive and apologetic, I will definitely book it again."

From the outside it looks like any other regular apartment complex, however, once you walk in, it is designed with luxury and finesse in mind.
