"The views at this property are amazing. Directly across from the resort you have a view of the bay, if you catch the sunset you’ll have a million dollar shot. Behind the resort you have the ice blue Caribbean Sea!! This property by far is the best all inclusive hands down. Premium alcohol, Delicious food, GREAT STAFF, Spa and the location is approx 5 min to luxury shopping (LV, Gucci, Prada etc) and 5 minutes to the nightlife CoCo Bongo, Royal, 24K etc. The airport commute is roughly 15-17min. You can’t miss at this location. I will definitely return sooner than later. "

"The hotel in general is amazing, beautiful and, clean. The staff and services are really good. The restaurants are good, but the best is The Blove. There were some things that I did not like, such as a strange smell throughout the hotel, or at least on the first floor, as if the pipe were broken. The bathrooms do not have an extractor fan. And everything closes at 10pm"

"We just finished our stay (2 nights as a couple, 3 nights with friends) and it was a great vacation! So many delicious restaurant options - Basmati & Magna were our favorites - and the staff was so accommodating! Alan was our favorite server but most all the waiters were terrific! Service was phenomenal and our stay couldn’t have been better. So relaxing and fun! The perfect trip! I do wish people wouldn’t save chairs with towels… I read in the rules that wasn’t supposed to be allowed so I do think it’d be nice to have someone monitoring that. So many chairs were left unoccupied all day.. same goes for the pool floats. People would take them to their chairs and not use them. Those clots should definitely stay IN the pool for everyone & I think it’d be great if a staff member collected those that people keep for themselves. It’s really rude… but other than that, no issues - we will absolutely be back in the future to spend more time at Excellence :) "

"Facilities are great, rooms are large, very well designed and the electrics and controls are state of the art. There are private pools all over the resort. The main pool is a little small for my taste. Food is first class both in quantity and quality. Lobsters are included, as much as you like. Drinks also, whatever you like except for expensive wines that you need to pay for. Hobbie Cats, boards and Kayaks are available at no extra cost….personnel is friendly and support all your needs. Haydé, Fernando, Oscar, Jesus, Pablo are some that I remember by name as they were so nice with us. The beach is nice and entertainment is good."
