"Hotel property is great (even though it’s not in the beach , and there is a great view from the pool deck. Our issue is more about our booking. Initially we booked two rooms but after coming to the hotel we saw that we actually booked a room and a two bedroom studio. We told the hotel and Expedia that we want to move to the studio and vacate the room. The hotel staff actually told us to do that but the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the room we did not use so we ended up spending $1200...

"Exceeded expectations for an airport hotel (10 min walk from airport), though the air conditioning would not go colder than 21.5C (roughly 70F) and there was a fee for ice. The breakfast was superb and we even got a morning swim in the very clean pool."

"Room was very comfortable/ Tap water is not drinkable but two small water bottles were provided. Wifi was poor. Constantly dropped or weak. Great location and very helpful friendly staff."

"A lot to unpack here but basically I would not come back. The best way to summarize it is this is a decent 4 star hotel but a terrible 5 star hotel. They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. They did compensate by giving me a free lunch but neither the concierge nor the manager came to apologize. The rooms are super small and all furniture is dated.
