「i really love the place, but i had and inconvenience that was at the check in, they didn't have the apartment that i paid for, they made me wait but we had a tour that we were gonna be late to because we couldn't get ready, they try to resolve it at that moment but offer me to give me 2 standard rooms instead, and on the next day they promise to give me what i paid for, the next day came and when we were back from a tour, they gave us an standard apartment, when what i paid for was a confort...

O café da manhã e as refeições são excelentes, sempre muito bem preparados. Os funcionários Kevin Martinez e Tatiana foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos, fazendo todo o possível para que nossa hospedagem fosse perfeita. Eles nos ajudaram com tudo: organizaram os transfers de ida e volta e ainda forneceram informações valiosas...

「The building was great, however the apartment itself needs improvement, to start the mattresses are very uncomfortable, they are rock solid. The kitchen needs more cups and glasses to host 5 people. There is no hot water so we had cold showers (sad). And the wallpaper on the bathroom walls are pilling. It would also be better having a bigger coffee maker, as it only can make 4 cups.」
