"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at OZ Hotel Collection was absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and exceptional hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their kindness truly made my birthday trip unforgettable. The hotel is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety each morning. I also loved the rooftop area, which provided a beautiful place to unwind after a day of exploring Cartagena. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and only a quick ride to the historic walled city, making it easy to experience the best of Cartagena. What stood out most was the outstanding customer service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations or any request. Their attention to detail made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend OZ Hotel Collection to anyone visiting Cartagena. It offers exceptional value, comfort, and service, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit."
