「The room was clean and comfortable. There was no elevator so carrying our luggage to the second floor was a little bit of a struggle. Parking was a big plus. There were no staff on site when we checked in or out, everything was done thru WhatsApp.」

「We appreciated Carlos’s hospitality and tour of the premises. The location was excellent and peaceful with beautiful garden and swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable.」

「Our recent stay at this hotel was exceptionally disappointing. Throughout our visit, we encountered an unacceptable level of customer service, highlighted by extremely unfriendly treatment from the receptionist. Upon requesting a room change, the receptionist responded with inappropriate laughter rather than assistance. Given these circumstances, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this establishment to future guests.」

「I liked the hospitality, very quiet, comfortable, clean, delicious breakfast with variety, the cats an d dog that would greet and say ola.」

「This location was within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and Rainha beach. The quality of the bed and linens and the attention to detail was impeccable. it was like being in a protected oasis and Marco and the staff were so sweet and extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, also very helpful if you’re running up to Sintra or sightseeing. We would highly recommend!」
