Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location of the hotel is great, right next to a park and quite a few very very popular restaurants, most were within 5 min walk!

This small BNB has a quiet elegance. Our room with a king size bed was on the ground floor with high ceilings and room to breathe. The bed was firm and the bathroom quite spacious. The star of the show is reception and the excellent people who staff the desk. Marianna, Jaoa and Angelino directed us around Lisbon and gave excellent advice and made reservations to insider places. The behind scenes staff provided great service including an excellent breakfast spread. This hotel is tiny,. intimate and low key. The street is very quiet but just a block away from Principe Real park and all the businesses there

We are very satisfied with our choice to stay here. It is located on a quiet street but close enough to areas with restaurants, bars, shops, and sight seeing! The staff was 100/10! Thank you Marianna for the smooth check-in and hospitality. Thank you John for your kindness. Thank you Angelo for your warm greetings in the mornings as we were leaving to explore. We truly appreciated your kindness, hospitality, and laughs we shared! The housekeepers kept our room cleaned and were so polite and kind. Thank for a warm welcome to Lisbon! Excellent location if you prefer to be in a quiet place but still within walking distance to all the old neighborhoods. Loved that there was more green space. Excellent Portuguese restaurant right on the corner. Farmers market in the park around the corner on weekends. Very friendly and helpful staff. I was traveling alone and arrived past lobby hours and the instructions were clear and easy. I felt very safe the entire time. Only saw a few other guests in the morning otherwise it was very private and quiet.

There are not enough adjectives to describe the kindness, friendliness and general helpfulness of all the staff. Breakfast was very well presented and had many options including made to order eggs. Location was excellent.
