「This is an ideal hotel when visiting Sintra. It is a short walk downhill to the town center and a short walk to paths up to the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace. The hotel is immaculately clean and our room had a very comfortable king-sized bed. The view out our window overlooking the palace in the heart of Sintra was lovely. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The concierge was exceedingly helpful with directions and advice. Two considerations, neither the hotel’s fault: Sintra is an old town...

「Unique design and style, amazing breakfast ( freshly baked goods). Rooms are phenomenal. Area is ok. But you can drive 15-20 min and find restaurants. You have to have a car otherwise there is nothing around it. Parking is on the street. 」

Têm um café da manhã satisfatório, com variedade e qualidade. É praticamente um self hotel, onde, por meio de senhas, pode-se acessar o local e os quartos. O quarto é bem pequeno, assim como a cama. Mas tem um bom chuveiro e atende bem às necessidades de uma noite.」

「The location, size, staff and amenities were all excellent. Only negative was the shower, which was very impractical and the toilet area which was quite small and awkward. If you get up a night and forget about the step, it could be a hazard. Everything else was perfect. Would stay again, maybe try a different room with a better bathroom. 」

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die anwesenden Hunde habe ich sehr gemocht. Kaffee und Tee tagsüber machen alles perfekt. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.」

「Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location...

Nous étions en train et en taxi, le soir venu, les options étaient limitées pour nous. Nous sommes restés une seule nuit, nous n’avons pas pu profiter des installations. Mais Alexandra nous a bien aidé, nous avons bien apprécié」

「This one of the greatest hotel I have ever experienced in the past. The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent. Parking is also available by paying daily basis, which is very convenient if you could not find the street parking. It is also very close to the city center, which around 15-20 mins walking distance. There is also a convenient store close by (200m away), which you can get some snack, drinks and etc. Very recommended if you are traveling with family or business.」

「The room is nice and clean, extremely spacious, had pretty much every amenity you would expect to have in a hotel. It even had an amazing espresso machine, an oven, a dishwasher, and all sorts of cooking equipments and utensils. The swimming pool is also amazing」
