• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November - 30 November, EUR 1.25 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 December - 31 December, EUR 2.50 per person, per night, up to 4 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 300.0 per accommodation, per stay
• Oil fee: EUR 4.0
• Electricity fee: EUR 0.45 per stay for use per kWh.
