「Lovely hotel the only downside which I had not realised was breakfast started at 8 and we needed to leave at 730. The staff were lovely and provided us with cereal and milk the night before. We eat in the restaurant on the evening of our arrival and the food was excellent.」

「Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!」

「Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!」

「Unfortunately while this property is lovely the stay was very inconvenient and I wish I’d stayed in a hotel instead. Cos it’s not a hotel and therefore has no reception or left luggage facility I had to drag my bag around Bath for most of the weekend. Check in is at 3pm and, unlike a hotel, there was nowhere in the property to leave luggage. Check out was ludicrously early at 10am so I had to take my luggage with me then.
